Book this place for a VERY comfortable and great/safe location

This property was exceptional!! It was super clean and smelled wonderful…two bathrooms with showers and then an additional toilet in the hallway. We started our 2 week European vacation here and we were sad to leave. I would 100% stay here again. The beds were comfortable and there was a washing machine/dryer/ electric stove top, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and dual AC. Everything you could ask for PLUS the water pressure and rainforest shower heads were AMAZING!!! The location was excellent…grocery store/restaurants/shopping/gelato/produce store and more literally right around the corner. We were able to walk everywhere from here including the Eiffel Tower and the louvre. We even walked to notre dame which was a little far but the last day we took the metro and it was just 4 minutes away. BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I did a TON of research and this hit the ball out of the park. We were a family of 5 and I didn’t want to have to get two hotel rooms…this was perfect.

Just make sure you call to activate your code for entry into the apartment. Code works for entry to the building and to the luggage storage area.

Overall great apartment, can recommend and would book again

Perfect location - close to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants, but still quiet over weekends Nice, clean and spacious apartment Good service (we wanted to drop our baggage in the morning ahead of check-in and QR code for luggage room did not work - we called and within 2min someone opened the door and took our luggage which was later directly put into our room)

Our only complaint are the blinds - it does not really get dark in the room - so either this is no issue for you or you should bring your eye mask (we had small children and went to sleep relatively early, maybe less if an issue if you go to sleep late night)

Super confortable. One Master room with private bathroom. Kitchen with dining. Open space room with sofa-bed with bathroom as well. Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. Pretty area with plenty markets , shops and restaurants. Easy to get taxies and Uber’s.

Family in Paris

The apartment surpassed our expectations. It had a really cool vibe, the decor is well thought out, and the accommodation worked really well for a family of 4. There is lots of luggage space and there was a spare bed in the room which would be great if you needed to accommodate 5 people. The showers were good with lots of pressure, good quality shower gels and towels. The kitchen is well equipped and the guide book is very helpful. The location is literally 5 minutes for the Eiffel Tower. We totally recommend this accommodation.

The coffee table came apart when we needed to move it for sofa bed and we were lucky not to drop the top. A couple of extra blankets or throws in the bedroom would have been great. The weather was a bit cold so we a bit cold but we still had a pleasant night's sleep.

Very comfortable, homey and clean apartment in a great location. We would return.

Travelled with family including two sons (20 and 18). Facilities were good although they shared a sofa bed. Believe there may have been another bed option but we weren't staying long enough to follow that up. Great location for ducking around the corner to get food, whether to eat out or bring back to cook (which we didn't :-) ): small supermarkets and market type shops plentiful. Went the extra mile with making guests comfortable, including a printer, books, funky decor.

Washing/drying facilities were challenging. We specifically did want the ability to wash clothes as the timing of our trip meant we were in need of a refresh. It's a very typical apartment thing to have a combination washer/dryer, but they're never effective at drying and no drying racks available. So scattering four adults worth of clothing on any door knob we could find was a bit tricky. Challenging, not something we didn't like. So advise if requiring washing facilities to take some portable drying options.

Great location and property was well sized and fully equipped and to a generally good standing.

Communication not great: eg when someone books for 2 adults and 3 children and requires a baby cot, maybe being informed that there is no lift from the ground floor would be considered common sense courtesy. If one sends two emails and calls once to ask for the safety box to be fixed, I should not have to call again to find out it hadn't been (and btw things we asked for were all done in the end and there was always someone present to pick up the phone).

Lovely stay in Paris

We had a really good stay at the apartment. It was spacious, light and airy. Very comfortable for the 4 of us with plenty of storage. Lots of good restaurants and little shops nearby but still a quiet apartment. The air conditioning was fabulous especially in the summer heat. We loved having access to 2 showers and 2 toilets. What a bonus! The guide book was helpful and the complimentary wifi was very good. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. We had access to an extra bed and lots of pillows. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we are in Paris.

The apartment was very lovely and we really enjoyed our stay so sorry that I have to mention a few niggles. We found the stairs and hallway had a stale smell and weren't as clean as we'd like. The bathrooms were clean but the shower enclosures had small pockets of soap scum. The centre table was nice but unstable and took up a lot of room. The fridge door is near impossible to open and could do with a proper handle bar.
